CONTINENTAL US BUYERS:

Thursday excluding Holidays) will ship same or next day. Any order placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We promise a maximum handling time of 2 days for any order.

RETURNS
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with item(s) purchased from us, you
may return your item(s) in original condition for a refund within 14 days of
receipt
after contacting us. No returns will be accepted for any reason after
the 14-day period.
Items returned in unused, original condition, you will receive
a 100% refund. Returned merchandise must include all packaging, along with
included contents and accessories,

, documents or paperwork, and
Proof of Purchase in order for the full refund to be honored. Please read the
entire product description. Items that do not fall within the manufacturer’s
return or exchange policies cannot be accepted for returns or refunds.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on any returned
merchandise.
There will be no refunds or exchanges for used gold testers
or any testing liquids (gold testing liquid, acids, R.I. liquid, gel refills).

any item that we do not receive or returned merchandise that is not in accordance

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item,
contact us within 2 days. If you receive merchandise with extensive damage to
its packaging upon arrival, please refuse the order and contact us immediately.
In such an event, we recommend that you contact the shipper immediately to
report the damaged goods.
WARRANTY:
All warranties are offered solely by the manufacturer. If
you want to return an item more than 14 days after you received it from us, you
will need to contact the manufacturer, which we can assist you with.
